Strip Map
This map is a verbal representation of touring the Las Vegas Strip.  Tour the Strip by walking and you’ll see lots of sights and get plenty of exercise as everything looks farther than it appears. Mileage is estimated. Map your Las Vegas walking tour.

South Strip - West
Going North on the Las Vegas Strip is map detail A1. A1 is the Southern area between Russell Road and Tropicana Avenue on the West side of Las Vegas Boulevard, South.  Located here, heading North respectively, is the Four Seasons, Mandalay Bay, THE hotel @ Mandalay Bay, Mandalay Place, Luxor & Excalibur. This distance is aproximately .5 miles.

Update: This area is referred to as “The South Strip”. The Strip and Russell Road is the map area of the famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign designed by Betty Willis of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Center Strip - West
Continuing North along the west side of the Las Vegas Strip is map detail A2 - “Center Strip”.  A2 is the area from Tropicana Avenue to Flamingo Road.  NY-NY, Monte Carlo, Holiday Inn Boardwalk, and Bellagio are along this path, respectively. This mapping is about 1 mile.

Northward still, along this west side route of the Strip is map detail A3, where one will come upon Caesars Palace, The Mirage, and Treasure Island (TI). This is also referred to as the “Center Strip”.  After passing Treasure Island this will put one at Spring Mountain Road / Twain Avenue & Las Vegas Boulevard. From this point North, is referred to as the “North Strip”. Distance is 1.3 miles

North Strip - West
The North Strip map on the western side of the street is the Fashion Show Mall, New Frontier Hotel, The Stardust, and Circus Circus. This is area A4 of the map detail which runs all the way up to Sahara Avenue. This mapping is aproximately 1.6 miles.

North Strip - East
Across the street from map detail A4, is map detail B4, which is the area now heading back Southward on the East side of Las Vegas Boulevard. Landmarks along here are the Sahara Hotel & Casino, Wet-n-Wild, and Wynn Resort (coming soon).  This brings us back to the intersection of Twain Avenue / Spring Mountain Road at Las Vegas Boulevard.  This is 1.6 miles south.

Center Strip - East
Map detail B3 brings us South along The Venetian, Harrah’s, Imperial Palace, The Flamingo Las Vegas, and down to Barbary Coast. Now, one would be standing facing South at the intersection of Flaming Road on Las Vegas Boulevard. 1.3 miles traveling south.

From this point South, one would be traveling past Bally’s, Paris Las Vegas, and up to Harmon Avenue at the Aladdin.  Then continuing on past Harley Davidson Cafe and up to the Showcase mall where the large Coca-Cola bottle stands, is officially the end of the Center Strip. That is a 1 mile trip.

South Strip - East
Still traveling south on the East side of the Strip map, is MGM Grand. After MGM Grand one would be at the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and the Strip. From there is the Tropicana, White Sands Motel, the former Glass Pool Inn and finally the Klondike Casino, known for late night specials.  This concludes our view of the Las Vegas Strip Map. Final distance is .6 miles south for this area.
